The Life School

The Life School Bhopal is an institution dedicated to those walking the path of self-exploration. Here we study the constituents of the body-mind system and also the fundamental principles that govern it’s functioning through direct personal experience. The skills required to integrate this understanding with daily life are acquired through a continuous cycle of teaching-learning- practising.

To understand the science and also learn the art of ‘becoming one’s own Master’ lies at the heart of our work. We collaborate with seekers, meditators, and practitioners who resonate with and share the wisdom of this approach.

Living in peace and fulfilment is an art- Gratitude, Responsibility, Acceptance and Forgiveness are its finest brushstrokes.
