Iqbal S Bains has deep understanding of the way body, thoughts, emotions and energy works to create the experience of life. His books titled "Making You Turn" and "उद्गम की ओर" offer ways of self exploration purely through personal experience.

He believes in integrating yog with daily life to practise it in live situations and not just in in early morning. His focus on enhancing self-awareness and changing perspective has enabled many recognise their inner peace and freedom.

Traditional Indian wisdom and non-duality is at the heart of his facilitation work at the 'The Life School Bhopal.' He studied Engineering and worked in senior positions in Government for over 38 years as an IAS officer

Ambrish Srivastava,74

Facilitator

Worked in Government for 40 years in various administrative capacities. Initiated by Yogoda Satsang Society Ranchi, he has been a serious kriya Yog sadhak for last 20 years. He is otherwise an active practitioner of hath yoga and various meditative techniques over last three decades. As a volunteer and facilitator at The Life School, he shares his rich yogic experiences and conducts meditation sessions.

Dr S Prabhakar Kamath

Dr Kamath has held senior positions in leading Companies handling range of Human resource subjects.  His facilitation skills are backed by deep conceptual and practical knowledge gained from live human interactions. More than 500 companies have engaged him for various purposes including Organisation development, Training interventions and Enabling Culture change.

As a certified facilitator in applied behavioural sciences, he conducts retreats to make people more self-aware, understand nature of their own mind and heart and thus enhance quality of their life. As a patron of The Life School Bhopal, Dr Kamath mentors cross section of people in their journey of Self-discovery.
